Remote Training


If CrossFit and functional training is for you, but circumstances do not allow you to make it to our box everyday, be it that you travel frequently or do not live in the area/province, and you wish to pursue your training with us? Not a problem at all, we will provide you with specific programming tailored to you, your needs and availabilities! You will also get the opportunity to drop into our box to train with us whenever you are in town, at no extra cost, as well as competing at any and all competitions as a Koshinite.

For The Beginners


Gone are the days where we had to hunt for food, and carry our belongings around with us. Our modern bodies are not used to carrying heavy loads anymore, apart from that one-trip shopping bag carry from the car, or picking up the kids when they fall.

Our Life-Lifts Beginners course is purely there to teach you the correct technique for safe, sound movements that we will be using in our everyday crossfit classes, and in which you will be able to use in your everyday lifestyle.

In completion this beginners course, which consists of 4 Life-Lift sessions on a Monday and Wednesday at 18:30, you will then be ready to move onto our everyday CrossFit classes.

Completed the Life-Lifts Program?


Our everyday crossfit classes are for current box members, new members to Koshin, that have done crossfit before, and for those who have completed our Life-Lifts Program. Our CrossFit classes are 60 minutes a class which includes skills, warm-up, the Workout Of the Day (WOD) and ending off with mobility and stretching. The workouts are programmed by our passionate coaches themselves, whos intentions are not only to ensure you get a full well-rounded workout, but also to get you to where you want to be and in doing this motivating you o give nothing less than your absolute best.
